Biography

Nardo Manaloto is the Managing Partner of Qubits Ventures, a global venture capital firm backing pre-seed to Series A startups in quantum technologies, advanced computing, data, intelligence, and next-generation infrastructure. With more than 25 years at the frontier of AI, deep tech, and venture creation, he has led a venture studio responsible for launching numerous startups and is building a global network of moonshot venture builders across the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and emerging innovation hubs worldwide. A respected voice in the quantum and future-of-compute ecosystem, Nardo works with visionary partners and legacy builders to accelerate the convergence of computing and intelligence in service to society and humanity’s long-term future.
