Biography

Dr. David Gunnarsson, CBDO, drives strategic growth at Bluefors by bridging technological innovation with business objectives, leading business development and IPR initiatives. He holds a Ph. D. from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, 2005, focusing on his work on Josephson junction quantum bits. He continued his research at the Low Temperature Laboratory, Helsinki University of Technology (2005-2008), and, prior to joining Bluefors, worked as a Senior Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland (2008-2015). With his background in leading sales, product development, and R&D at Bluefors, he has a deep understanding of both technical and business requirements in cryogenics for the future of quantum technology.
