Biography

Dr Jules Ferdinand Pagna Disso is a cybersecurity and technology risk leader with extensive experience across banking, research and industry. In his current role at BNP Paribas, he provides second-line oversight of quantum risk, helping ensure that the bank’s post-quantum cryptography programme follows a sound, risk-based approach and remains aligned with regulatory expectations and international standards. His research also explores how existing cybersecurity and risk-management standards can be used to strengthen organisational resilience against emerging quantum threats.
