- Biography
- Frédéric brings a unique multidisciplinary background combining medical and academic training, complemented by executive programs at CNAM, INSEAD and HEC. He began his career as a mission officer at the French Council for Technological Risk Prevention, reporting to the Prime Minister’s office. He then joined Accenture, where he worked on innovation and transformation projects in new technologies and healthcare, before moving to Orange. There, he developed strong expertise in digital health and innovation-driven ecosystems. Within Orange Business Services, Frédéric played a key role in structuring and scaling strategic partnerships across high-growth sectors, including cybersecurity, advanced digital services and quantum technologies. He led partnership initiatives in these areas while coordinating closely with Orange Cyberdefense to support enterprise and sovereign clients. Today, he is taking on a new entrepreneurial challenge as CEO and co-founder of Qolumbus, a French deep-tech startup developing next-generation hybrid quantum processors to accelerate the transition from research to industrial quantum computing.
