Biography

Qolumbus disruptive innovation in hybrid quantum chips is the result of more than ten years of research led by Dr. Michael Stern, Assistant Professor at Bar-Ilan University and now Research Fellow at the Technion (formerly Centrale Paris, Weizmann Institute, CEA Saclay). To turn this scientific breakthrough into a true Deeptech venture, Michael Stern partnered with his longtime friend Frédéric Attia, an experienced and complementary entrepreneur, to structure the company and launch its development. Frédéric (PhD in Science, Technology and Society from CNAM, Executive MBA from INSEAD, graduate of HEC) is currently an executive in charge of strategic partnerships in cybersecurity at Orange Business. He previously served as advisor to the Prime Minister on technology-related risks, and later as a corporate innovation expert at Accenture Consulting.
