Dr. Rajiv Mathur is a technology leader, researcher and emerging technology evangelist with 20+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, business and regulated industries. His expertise spans AI, quantum computing, blockchain/DLT, cryptography and digital assets, with a particular focus on translating emerging technologies into real-world enterprise solutions. A former CTO, Enterprise Architect and management consultant, Rajiv has advised global organisations across financial services, fintech and telecommunications. His current work includes secure production-grade AI, quantum-hybrid optimisation and blockchain applications, bringing together hands-on engineering expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, regulation and business transformation. He holds a PhD in Communications Architecture (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) and actively contributes to collaborative research with academia.
